Tampa Bay Rays

The Tampa Bay Rays play their home games at Tropicana Field, which opened in 1990 and is located in St. Petersburg. The stadium holds 42735 fans.

The Tampa Bay Rays had a 2023 season full of ups and downs. Despite a strong start where they even led their division, the team faced a series of challenges that affected their performance. However, they managed to qualify for the postseason for the fifth consecutive year, a notable achievement for a low-budget franchise. They finished the regular season with a record of 99 wins and 63 losses.

In the postseason, the Rays faced the Texas Rangers in the Wild Card Series, where they were defeated in two games.

Looking ahead to the 2024 season, the Rays are in an interesting position. Most of their key players are expected to return, including their young stars. Additionally, the team has made smart moves in the free-agent market, giving them the opportunity to compete for a title.
